9月10日，Claude开发公司Anthropic发布报告称，与中国地方公安、国安系统有关的操作者利用Claude开展“维稳”监控，“李老师不是你老师”被明确列为监控对象。
另一个关联账户还要求AI为10名中国公民生成管控建议，包括截访、约谈，以及监控行踪和通信。
报告称，相关操作者使用V2Ray、商业VPN访问服务，借助Claude Code自动抓取舆情、查询政府监控数据库并向上级提交日报。
一个地方国安机构还将工作流程编成内部AI使用手册，并要求收集温哥华民主游行的集合点、路线和终点等海外活动情报。
报告配图展示的“淮安市舆情双榜”测试面板，还将土地维权、物业纠纷、自来水投诉等列入“敏感案事件榜”。
Anthropic称已封禁相关账户。
