TankerTrackers称科威特原油出口再度走弱，因多艘油轮维修、一艘近期遇袭，或需租用外部船队。

Kuwait's crude oil exports are waning again. We are attributing this to the fact that several KOTC (Kuwait Oil Tanker Company) VLCC supertankers are currently undergoing repairs; and one got hit recently. Kuwait may need to charter external fleets in order to get back on track.
