Kuwait crude exports weaken
TankerTrackers says Kuwait's crude exports are waning as several tankers are under repair and one was hit recently.

Kuwait's crude oil exports are waning again. We are attributing this to the fact that several KOTC (Kuwait Oil Tanker Company) VLCC supertankers are currently undergoing repairs; and one got hit recently. Kuwait may need to charter external fleets in order to get back on track.
